Tuk Tuks (or Auto ricksaw) is a popular means of transsport in Thailand, it used to be everywhere in the country before colourful taxi domination in the cities.

It was originated from the old style ricksaw in the Second World War. Later Tuk Tuk is made with a little engine. Today Tuk Tuks still remain very convinient transportation around the city for tourists and visitors, Traveling around by Tuk Tuk is a more of experience than any practical way around.

When you go to a pecific destination,

- make sure that you have to make bargaining with the driver for reasonal cost. and Watch out scam from some "fake" Tuk Tuks who take you around at the high cost,

- Tuk-tuks are open air. You'll sweat in the humidity when not moving and suck in plenty of rush-hour exhaust in Bangkok's gridlock traffic

- Keep your bags closer watch the thieves

- The typical capacity of a tuk-tuk in Thailand is two average-sized people
